Owner/Operator Jake Barclay is a native of Jersey Shore, who lives in Lock Haven with his wife and two children. Jake has worked in the contracting field since he was a teenager, with the last 10 years focusing in commercial & home projects. Jake's team of home improvement specialists can tackle any of your handyman needs from installing new toilets, appliances, and blinds to refreshing a space with updated paint, countertops or other smaller changes! Pre-Construction Design
The pre-construction phase includes creating a strategic plan for the project, creating a design and gathering the labor and resources required for construction. We conduct a meeting on site with you to review your project and follow up with a proper estimate for your specific project needs.
Design & Construction Estimate
Construction estimating is where we assess all the costs of a construction project. These costs include direct costs, indirect costs, and overhead costs for your specific project. We want to ensure you receive the best quality service by providing you a reasonable, accurate idea of the costs.
On-Site Consultations
Cost of construction often equals the area of plot x construction rate per sq ft. To arrive at the construction rate per square foot, you must include the following construction materials such as cement, steel, color, tiles, bricks, fittings, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical, etc. plus construction labor cost.
The Finishing
Touches
Finishing touches comes down to all the “little” things. At this point your contractor will be installing mirrors, closet shelving, screens, etc. and doing final paint touch ups in preparation for cleaning. Bottom line, we always communicate your expectations at every phase of the project to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
